Philosophy

dMA design approach is not prescriptive. dMA philosophy stems from the belief that good design is achieved through the collaborative process of ‘making Architecture’, which is born out of an interactive dialogue between all parties. The needs and aspirations of the individual, both client and end user are explored through a rigorous and energetic design process which seeks to question, challenge and ultimately deliver excellence. As such, dMA aim to create the conditions whereby the clients requirements are married with a quality service, committed to design excellence, cost control and delivery on site.

At the forefront of the practice is the continual research and development into theory, new construction technologies and innovative new ideas to meet the ever-changing needs of the individual, the family and the wider community.

We always seek to provide integrated solutions, which both reinforce and positively contribute to their immediate context, the creation of a sense of place and the strengthening of community ties.
